TERMS & CONDITIONS SALON POLICIES & PROCEDURES

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

We will schedule and book your appointment based on what you require and the services requested. You may not add an additional service on the day of your appointment, cancel a booked service or “change your mind” on a booked or non booked service and/or appointment. Please keep in mind, you are not just booking a service, it is also our time and you will be charged accordingly.

All appointments at ARYA SALON NYC must be and will be secured and prepaid with a credit card at the time of reservation. You will be charged the full amount and NO REFUNDS will be granted.

A 100% fee of the total service will be charged to your credit card for cancellations and appointments missed without a minimum of forty-either (48) hours notice. Be courteous towards others. If you need to cancel or reschedule, give us forty-either (48) hours notice so we may accommodate others.

We will contact you 24-48 hours prior to your appointment to confirm your appointment and to go over procedures and answer any questions you may have.

SINGLE PROCESS HAIR COLOR, HIGHLIGHTS AND/OR LOWLIGHTS
A single process service and highlights/lowlights does not include an additional glaze. If you wish to add-on a glaze to your single process and/or highlights/lowlights, please speak with your colorist and your glaze will be applied for an additional fee of $75.

TONER, GLAZE OR GLOSS
The services are $75 only same day when having your hair color and/or highlights/lowlights done in the salon.

BLOWOUT STYLE
You will receive a complimentary finishing rough/quick dry (no brush) with all color services. If you wish for a full professional blowout style after your color services you will be booked in accordingly, and will receive your professional blowout style for $65-$75 (if your hair also requires a flat iron or a curling iron finish, you’ll be charged and additional $15).
Please NOTE* Some hair types, such as curly, heavily textured, and relaxed hair cannot be effectively rough blow dried. In such cases is it better to leave the hair to dry naturally, and, as such, we cannot offer our complimentary rough blow dry as this will affect the integrity of your hair. Of course if you wish to book a full professional blowout we will make you look stunning.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Due to the nature of our products and services, no refunds will be granted on products and services.

SALON CORRECTION
Any service correction must be within seven (7) days of initial service.

PETS POLICY
Sorry, pets are not permitted in the salon unless they are service animals.
While we would love to meet your precious pets, please consider the allergies of our guests.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & VENMO. We offer contactless payments: Card or Phone TAP. NO personal checks accepted and we do NOT give cash back on credit card sales.

GRATUITY & TIPS
Gratuity/Tips is customary for good service and always left to the discretion of our clients.
